"Relax mind with Sake"
The Chinese poem at the upper side is"Regret" by Du Fu.
花飛有底急 老去願春遲
可惜歡娯地 都非少壯時
寬心應是酒 遣興莫過詩
此意陶潛解 吾生後汝期
How quickly the flowers fall,
I'm old so I hope the spring will pass slowly.
I regret that I'm not young anymore
even if I want to play in the land of entertainment.
Sake is the first thing that relaxes the mind.
Interesting things are nothing more than poetry.
Tao Qian understands this meaning.
My life is too late for his life.
